AMERICAN SUNRISE COMMUNITIES - MISSION STATEMENT

American Sunrise Communities mission is to provide struggling American families with access to safe, decent affordable housing and new economic growth opportunities. We accomplish our mission by catalyzing public, private and non-profit stakeholders who participate in large-scale community development efforts. We raise and provide the resources and assistance that are necessary to make development financially viable.

American Sunrise Communities' core objectives in accomplishing its mission are based on a Catalytic Model:

Create: Negotiate mutually agreeable model programs for cities, builders and communities – "National experts on IZ projects" and American Sunrise Fund
Implement: Bring together stakeholders, outreach, education and market development, targeted buyer sales support, program coordination and management, web-based programs – HomeStart^TM and AccessSunrise^TM
Sustain: Keep housing affordable through targeted homeownership support, homeowner's association education and support, permanent affordability management, shared-equity mortgages, resale assistance, income certification, land trust support
