Forest City Enterprises – Stapleton

Forest City Enterprises, the master developer of Denver's Stapleton redevelopment, is a dynamic and diversified national developer and manager of investment real estate with headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.

The 4,700 acre Stapleton community, the nation's largest urban development, is located just five miles from downtown Denver and is 20 minutes from Denver International Airport. When complete, Stapleton will include 12,000 diversely priced homes, three million square feet of retail stores and 10 million square feet of office/R&D/high tech manufacturing space, as well as two square miles of parks and open space. The 24, 464 newly planted trees aren't that big yet. But they're getting there.

Brothers Redevelopment, Inc.

Established in 1971, Brothers Redevelopment, Inc., is a Denver-based nonprofit that provides a variety of housing-related services to the region's low-income, disabled and elderly homeowners.

Known throughout the state as "Brothers," the organization is HUD-approved housing counseling agency that offers home purchase, foreclosure prevention and reverse mortgage consultation for thousands of clients annually; headquarters and manages the Colorado Foreclosure Prevention Hotline (1-877-601-HOPE); provides affordable housing for seniors; and provides essential home maintenance and repair for fixed-income families living along the Front Range. Northeast Denver Housing Center

Who We Are:  Northeast Denver Housing Center (NDHC) is a private non-profit corporation organized in 1982. NDHC is supported by the public, private and income generated funds to help meet its organizational mission.

What We Do:  NDHC produces affordable Home-Ownership and Rental housing, provides services through counseling, case management and home rehabilitation to help improve the health and indoor air quality of homes.

Denver Office of Economic Development

The City and County of Denver is committed to promoting the development of affordable housing for the City's essential workforce. The City's Office of Economic Development (OED) facilitates the development of viable urban neighborhoods by providing quality affordable housing, an enhanced living environment, and expanded economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income residents.

OED administers Denver's Affordable Housing Program. In conjunction with this program, OED partners with American Sunrise Communities to educate prospective home buyers of the affordable housing options available in the Stapleton neighborhood of Denver.

OED strives to enhance the value and success of workforce housing by creating strong relationships with buyers, renters, developers, realtors, lenders, housing counselors and other real estate professionals.
