Brothers Redevelopment, Inc.
Established in 1971, Brothers Redevelopment, Inc., is a Denver-based nonprofit that provides a variety of housing-related services to the region's low-income, disabled and elderly homeowners.
Known throughout the state as "Brothers," the organization is HUD-approved housing counseling agency that offers home purchase, foreclosure prevention and reverse mortgage consultation for thousands of clients annually; headquarters and manages the Colorado Foreclosure Prevention Hotline (1-877-601-HOPE); provides affordable housing for seniors; and provides essential home maintenance and repair for fixed-income families living along the Front Range. Who We Are: Northeast Denver Housing Center (NDHC) is a private non-profit corporation organized in 1982. NDHC is supported by the public, private and income generated funds to help meet its organizational mission.
What We Do: NDHC produces affordable Home-Ownership and Rental housing, provides services through counseling, case management and home rehabilitation to help improve the health and indoor air quality of homes.
